CNC PLASMA CUTTING
In MEPREZUH we have a Technical and Engineering Department in charge of developing customized 3D solutions for our customers.
• We have a cutting capacity for sheet formats of 1.22×2.44 m, with a maximum cutting thickness of 25.4 mm in carbon steel and 20 mm in stainless steel.
• Cutting of materials such as: carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, bronze and other ferritic materials.
• Used for the manufacture of designs and parts of any geometry for all types of metal-mechanical industries, construction and industrial architecture.
• There is the versatility of marking on foil for engraving, as well as a unit for cutting on pipes.
SHEET ROLLING
We have a machine for the rolling of metalsheets for the creation of different projects.
• Maximum width of 1.25 m with a minimum diameter of 30 cm
SPECIAL WELDS
We specialize in special welds for delicate and heavy duty repairs.
• We offer electrode, MIG and TIG welding.
• We have ample space for the assembly and assembly of structures and large pieces.
